ICT Integration Services

Design of Integration and Technology Architecture

We will design the target architecture for infrastructure, integrations, and monitoring.

Based on an analysis of the existing environment, we will design the architecture for infrastructure, integration platforms, monitoring, log management, and related systems. We will define data and integration flows, interfaces (APIs), fundamental security principles, and a roadmap of steps to clearly outline what needs to be implemented and in what sequence.

Environment Analysis and Enterprise Architecture

We will map processes, systems, and data within the context of enterprise architecture.

We conduct business, process, and system analysis in alignment with EA – mapping processes, value streams, and integration and data flows. We will prepare requirements for both functional and non-functional properties (performance, availability, security), fundamental data and integration models, and acceptance criteria for testing and solution handover.

Project Management and Governance

We manage projects to deliver the agreed scope, quality, and benefits.

Our project management is based on PRINCE2 principles and aligns with ITIL for operational transition. We will establish roles, governance structure, reporting, risk and change management, and capacity and financial plans. We monitor milestones and delivery quality and prepare for operational handover according to predefined criteria.

Implementation, Operational Handover, and Support

We ensure the realization, deployment, and handover, as well as subsequent support for the solution.

We manage technology and vendor selection, and the implementation of integration platforms, monitoring, and related components, along with CI/CD setup and necessary testing. We will prepare documentation, runbooks, and SLA/OLA and facilitate the operational handover of the solution, including training. As agreed, we provide ongoing support, development, and oversight of service quality and availability.

ICT integration brings together infrastructure, networks, integration platforms, logs, and supervision into a single functional ecosystem.

IT then ceases to be a collection of disconnected tools, but rather an environment where systems can be logically integrated, modified, and automated.
